The firm is owned and managed by professional accountant, Jay Malik. Jay is an Enrolled Agent (EA), admitted to practice before the IRS. Jay has decades of experience working with small businesses and of accounting. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Jay is a specialist in small businesses and solving IRS problems. He represents taxpayers before IRS to ensure that they are treated fairly and pay in taxes only what is legally due from them.

Jay is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), National Society of Accountants (NSA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA). He is also a member of American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS).

Jay is dedicated to the Lehigh Valley small business community and only works with small businesses and individuals. He is an active member of Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and supports a number of non-profit organizations.
